I have Audeze LCD-3 and LCD -X . Unfortunately Both of my cans have encountered one side of them didn't work and it costed me 800 dollars each time I sent them back to Santa Ana . Pls note that I'm living in Thailand Fixing + shipping cost might be as high as Brand New HIFI Man Ayra. Despite the guys at Audeze are very helpful and willing to help. I would prefer reliability.

Can confirm these are great little notebooks! I'm a neuroscience student and I have a lot of sketches and diagrams alongside my written notes and I really like the graphing paper for this. I have a few of these in different sizes, one of them small enough to fit in my pocket which is really handy. I love the little pockets in the back too! I end up using them way more than I thought. I also really love how sophisticated and professional they look. Im an older student, so not really going for the "stickers all over my spiral notebook" look lol. I'm definitely planning on keeping these on my bookshelf even after I finish school.

It's okay. Certainly has its good points and low points, but not bad. I don't understand the constant sound of the water pump-waterfall trinkling sound. Sounds more like someone going to the bathroom all day rather than a gentle waterfall, so I can see how after a few times of using it, it can become annoying, especially during the night. Having to leave the doors open for this machine too to work is also another bad option, as I live in a large bedroom within a family home, and I don't want my door opened during the night for sleeping and privacy, so that's a real deal-buster. I did turn it on, left the room and shut the door for a half hour and it does make the room very humid, so not good. BUT, I did fill fill the bottom with ice, turned on the low fan WITH pump for awhile, left room (had my ceiling fan on too though), door open, and when I came back in 15 minutes later, the room was definitely, noticeably cooler. No doubt, it cooled my room, during the hot 90 degree day here in CA, so kudos for that. Don't know how it will be when it hits 100 and humid, but that's when you turn on the AC anyway. I did though try that as well though - ran my AC on a hot day, then after the room has cooled with the AC, I shut that off and turned on the Hessaire and it does maintain the coolness for the day (with ICE in the tray below!). So that was a plus too. The only other bad point is - even as the very poorly written directions state - your room will stink from the machine the first few days because of the filter smell being used for the first time. They say it will go away after a few uses. Its been a few uses and that smell is still there, so I'll give it another few days - because it is really hard to get past that smell and hard not to think of what is causing that smell too (and breathing in). All in all, I would give it a 6.5 out of 10. The water running sound and the smell is what makes it not a 10.

Good news ! I have the wolfson DAC on several of my Hi-Fi components and i love the smooth warm sound. I just purchased a new 7th generation iPod classic(in the mail) and I was worried about the sound, so this is good to know.

UPDATE: with this mic, I now prefer to just use the vintage mode without the compressor on. Just my preference with this mic and my voice.

bro its single hose... its actual btu capacity is far less due to the horrible efficiency. a window unit of 8k would blow it out of the water. it would NEVER cool 700sqft

This method definitely works. I used my since deceased scorpions shell to test the efficiency of the UV protection of the sunglasses and I saw a significant drop in the shells illuminance when using the sunglasses to block it. Super Helpful!

You don't drive much. If you did, the calculus changes dramatically. I drive ~20,000 miles/year. I also have had some drives where the average speed was <9 mph due to natural disasters. I spend A LOT of time in my car. It's my living room, office, dining room, and on rare occasion, quick bedroom. I want the maximum smiles per mile. I typically keep my cars for ~10 years or longer and have been fortunate to have owned some great cars. Even when I traded each one of them in, I wish I had room to still keep it, even after 10 years and 225,000 miles for some of them, all my own miles. When you open the garage and see a 10 year old car with 200k+ miles and STILL don't want a new car, you've got the right car. More important, you have true satisfaction. Very few people in life are satisfied and are always looking for the next new thing, new trend, etc. My current car was completely custom-built for me at the factory, a true one-off car. It even has options which weren't even in the Dealer Ordering Guides. Even the seats were made for me with all sorts of extra protection and padding, and hot stone massage too. Softer suspension, softer tires, extra insulation, extra thick glass. I don't even hear the fire trucks. Refrigerator, oven, 110vAC. The only compromise I had to make was because the US EPA says 85 MPG is too polluting, so I was stuck with a 28MPG powertrain, which the factory "helped" get 45MPG, for a full-on luxury barge. I also have a VERY good relationship with the dealership. If something goes wrong, they're right there.... even at 10pm on a Friday night during the covid garbage, where they gave me keys to a brand new AMG until they could mount a new tire on my car that Monday.

Much more macho . Much more exspensive looking . Thoses are the Bosses sunglasses . Fifty cents says he's wearing New Balance Dad shoes with those and he has a soccer ball sticker on the back of his GMC suburban outside .
